Jewelry Store Exchange and No Returns Policy

At FEDKO JEWELRY,we are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction and a premium shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase:

  1. All Sales are Final (No Returns)

    • Due to the personalized and delicate nature of jewelry, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any jewelry items once a purchase is completed. This includes rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, and custom-designed or altered pieces.
  2. Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)

    • We understand that sometimes preferences change. As a courtesy, we offer exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, along with the original receipt and packaging.
    • Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value only. Any price differences must be paid at the time of exchange. No cash or credit refunds will be given.
    • Custom orders and items from our Art Collection are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

  3. Custom Orders and Alterations

    • Custom orders, including items that have been specifically designed or modified at the request of the customer, cannot be returned or exchanged. We work closely with our clients throughout the design and modification process to ensure that every custom piece meets expectations.
    • We encourage customers to carefully inspect all products before purchase to ensure satisfaction.

  4. Final Sale on Discounted Items

    • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with a discount are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  5. Inspection Before Purchase

    • We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their selected jewelry before finalizing their purchase. If any concerns arise, we ask that customers address these with our staff before completing their transaction. Once the transaction is finalized, no returns or modifications will be permitted.

  6. Warranty and Repairs

    • While we do not offer returns, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Should your jewelry require any repairs due to defects in materials or workmanship within a specified period, we offer repair services as outlined in our warranty terms.   7. Sizing and Resizing

    • If you require resizing of rings or other jewelry, we offer resizing services, subject to certain limitations. However, resizing is not considered a return, and resized items remain non-refundable.
